What we do...

We're not just another training company, we're a group of problem-solvers, academics, practitioners and content designers that thrive on helping other people succeed. But yes, we can also develop an exceptional learning and development programme to meet your needs.

Training needs analyses

We've developed an assessments portal for our consulting and training interventions. This allows us to take an evidence-based approach because sometimes, training is not the answer, or not a stand-alone one.

Content design and development

We've seen a lot of content over the years. Some of it good, most of it not fit for purpose. Our development approach is rich in detail and presented in professional, multi-media formats.

Exceptional instructors and facilitators

Our instructors have real-world experience and are well-versed in adult learning principles. Whether its once-off workshops or in-depth work-integrated programmes we've got superb resources that are at home on the shop floor and the board room.

Hybrid learning and development programmes

The world has changed and so has the way we do learning and development. We've got deep experience with online, face-to-face and hybrid training approaches that build on adult learning practices. Feel free to check out our learning management system to get a sense of what's on offer.

Popular Courses

At the Institute we have developed content for hundreds of individual workshops and longer-term programmes. From this experience we have identified what works and what doesn't and have developed some core offerings that continuously get excellent feedback. All our programmes have been developed based on existing best practice, deep experience and real-world application

Leadership Fundamentals and Industry 4.0.

With dozens of models for effective leadership out there, our approach to leadership simplifies these various models into practical tools and qualities exhibited by true leaders. Taking a focus on Industry 4.0 and the so-called Fourth Industrial Revolution, we consider how leadership has to change to meet very different circumstances. Our voyages of discovery programme also provides first-hand knowledge-sharing opportunities.

Essential Supervisorial Practices

We have developed a higher certificate of essential supervisory leadership practices that aims to develop supervisors and first-line managers. The course, accredited through the Da Vinci Institute, will arm your first line of management with the skills and tools to transform your organisation.

Governance, Risk and Compliance

Our current three-day course on Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) is being revised into a higher certificate. Covering topics of ethics, corporate governance, applicable legislation and practical guides to effective governance, this course has become indispensable to companies large and small. As part of the programme, we are also able to offer a Governance Risk Assessment to identify potential challenges that exist within the organisation.

Soft skills for the future of work

The World Economic Forum (WEF) has defined a set of tipping points at which the technologies of the 4IR will become widespread enough to create massive societal change. These tipping points will have significant impacts on our lives and require shifts in skills demands and education. Based on an emerging literature of the skills required for the new world of work, the WorkWise Institute has developed a series of short, punchy sessions to get people thinking and preparing for their future roles.
